Equinox added more classes!

I checked out next week’s class schedule at the gym!

There are new classes!

This might add to my 2017 resolution to take every class at my gym, but I think I got this.

I had about 20 classes left, and the question will be whether some of those classes are no longer available or if these new offerings will be in addition.

Either way, I’m pretty excited about Best Arms Ever, which seems to be a short and focused class that will allow participants to easily pair it with another workout.

I also love the idea of barefoot body conditioning which will be great for me since I’ve been keeping the plantar fasciitis successfully at bay by staying barefoot and doing strengthening work for my feet this summer. Not wearing shoes in a conditioning class sounds great.

If you’re changing your fitness routine for the fall, remember to ease in gradually to reduce your risk of injury. If you took it easy this summer (nothing wrong with that!) your body may be less conditioned than it was in the spring, and jumping back into the fitness routine you remember could put you at risk of injury or at the very least, disappointment.

So ease on in, and enjoy the fall running weather that’s around the corner!
